Job Description :

  • Manage Bank Guarantee yang berkaitan dengan sales transaction
  • Handle payment reimbuse or invoices or any necessary financial activities needed include Petty Cash Perusahaan yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan operasional kantor
  • Handle dan update legal dokumen terkait operational Perusahaan
  • Manage employment absence secara berkala dan melakukan pembuatan report
  • Provided comprehensive secretarial and administrative support baik dengan internal dan eksternal stakeholder
  • Coordinated domestic and international travel, overseeing all travel logistics and accommodation for employee business trip

 

Job Requirement :

  • Experience in handling financial processes such as petty cash management, invoices, reimbursements, and Bank Guarantees
  • Experience in managing and updating legal documentation
  • Prior experience in managing employee attendance and generating reports
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating travel logistics for business purposes, both domestically and internationally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative functions simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage documents, financial activities, and reports accurately and effectively
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to address and resolve administrative and operational challenges swiftly and efficiently”
