Job Description :

  • Handle and support technical aspects
  • Maintain the guarantee process and resolve customer complaints
  • Support after-sales activities, especially address customer needs, product plans, and complaints
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide insights or solutions related to technical issues in the after-sales scope
  • Manage products like KWH Meter and System Apps Program (Generate Token)

 

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, Sales Engineer, or a related position in the energy industry (if applicable)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or related fields
  • Strong experience and knowledge in electrical understanding
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience with similar products such as KwH Meter is a plus
  • Fast learner, especially in technical aspects and has excellent communication skills
