Job Description :
- Manage technical aspects during the pre-sales stage
- Handle and resolve technical issues or troubleshooting for Livoltek products
- Coordinate directly with HQ regarding the resolution of technical issues
- Communicate and ensure directly with the internal team (factory) that carries out the quality control process on products before they are sent to customers
- Conduct product training for customers
Job Requirement :
- 2 years of experience in PLTS (Solar Power Plant) Installation
- Proven expertise in installing and maintaining solar power systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with project standards.
- After Sales & Customer Service Experience
- Strong track record of providing technical support and addressing customer concerns post-installation, ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.
- Experience Working with International Teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural environments, working closely with teams across multiple countries to drive project success.
