Job Description :

  • Manage technical aspects during the pre-sales stage
  • Handle and resolve technical issues or troubleshooting for Livoltek products
  • Coordinate directly with HQ regarding the resolution of technical issues
  • Communicate and ensure directly with the internal team (factory) that carries out the quality control process on products before they are sent to customers
  • Conduct product training for customers

 

Job Requirement :

  • 2 years of experience in PLTS (Solar Power Plant) Installation
  • Proven expertise in installing and maintaining solar power systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with project standards.
  • After Sales & Customer Service Experience
  • Strong track record of providing technical support and addressing customer concerns post-installation, ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.
  • Experience Working with International Teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural environments, working closely with teams across multiple countries to drive project success.
